How to Prepare

For a Full Bath
Place the herbs in the included cotton bag and steep in hot water for 15–20 minutes. Add the prepared herbal infusion to bath water and follow the enclosed directions for use.

For a Sitz Bath
The herbal blend can be divided into 2–3 portions and prepared according to the included instructions.

Each 8 oz package provides enough herbs for approximately one full bath or 2–3 sitz baths.
