Try it on pizza, pasta, eggs, fried calamari, oysters, wings, burrata, paninis, sandwiches, or even in a dirty martini or Bloody Mary.

Bold and bright with a little more heat, the original Mediterranean Opera Sauce combines red hot chili peppers with fresh lemon juice, garlic, onion, and porcini mushroom powder for a savory sauce with plenty of personality.

Try it on pizza, gyros, sandwiches, pasta, eggs, grilled meats and seafood, wings, vegetables, hummus, avocado, or charcuterie boards. Mix it with mayo, ranch, cream cheese, butter, pesto, marinara, ricotta—or blend it with honey to make an easy hot honey.
